Thank You for Making our 2021 Charity Raffle a Great Success!

Thanks to our wonderful WDCABBC members, this year we raised a total of $6,400 for Toys for Tots!! That’s $3,200 each to Toys for Tots in DC and Cleveland. We appreciate everyone’s participation in the raffle. Not only do we get to watch our Browns try to fight through COVID to try and make the playoffs, we get to raise funds for a great cause. Browns fans are simply the best. GO BROWNS!!

2021 Charity Raffle Prizes

Prize 1 – Browns Jersey: Your Player-Your Size (TWO WINNERS!!)

Get your favorite player’s jersey in YOUR SIZE!! Choose from Baker Mayfield, Myles Garrett, Denzel Ward, Jarvis Landry or any other readily available Browns player at a comparable price. We will purchase the brown jersey with white lettering or another comparable jersey from NFLShop.com and ship it to you.

2020 Charity Raffle Update

Thanks to the generosity of WDCABBC members, we were able to collect $1000 for Toys for Tots. Proceeds were split between Toys for Tots in DC and Cleveland ($500) each. 2020 was unusual in many ways (including the Browns W-L record). However, our members’ support for our team and a great cause is always steady! 

2019 Charity Raffle Update

In 2019, the raffle was held on Sunday, December 15th at Fadó Irish Pub and our club raised $5,200 for Toys for Tots, exceeding the previous year’s total by $2,100!! $2,600 will go to Toys for Tots in DC and in Cleveland. Thank you for your generosity and for being the best sports fans around. Here’s a list of 2019’s lucky raffle winners:

Always a favorite, once again the lovely wife of our President emeritus has hand-knit these beautiful these beautiful scarves for the club! This package includes one in our favorite colors—brown and orange. And for the first time ever, she’s also knitted a gorgeous brown knit hat (picture coming soon) to complete the set!

 

Prize 7 – OSU Scarf & Hat Set

Just like the last package, this set includes a beautiful scarf and hat generously hand knit by Rod’s lovely wife! Except this time in scarlet and gray for you to wear with pride as you cheer on the Buckeyes!

 

 

 

2018 Charity Raffle 

Thank you to everyone who participated in the 2018 Toys for Tots Charity Raffle. Even if you were not a prize package winner, you helped contribute to a great cause!

Also, thank you to everyone who joined WDCABBC this season or renewed their membership! Based on our membership income and raffle ticket sales, our club raised $3,100 for Toys for Tots in DC and Cleveland ($1,550 each). If the Browns continue to improve on the field, I have no doubt we will exceed this amount next year! Here is a list of this year’s prize winners:
