So the Cleveland Browns are the only team in the AFC North to win this week...

DC Browns Backers assemble "virtually"! I know we

DC Browns Backers assemble "virtually"! I know we want to be together and there's nothing more that I want than to see everyone... EXCEPT for all of you and your families to be safe!! A lifetime of loving OUR team may not have given us a Lombardi Trophy (yet!) but it has given us resilience and while I may not know when, I know that I will see, and hug and drink way too many Great Lakes beers with you all again some day, even if I don't know yet when that day will be.

On Sunday, you can join us all on Zoom at 1pm for our game against that team who I still do not officially recognize as a legitimate member of the NFL. We will have “door” prizes and even a breakout room for those folks who normally watch the Browns out in Virginia.

We will send out the Zoom link and password via email, so if you do not receive an email from us by 8pm Friday, September 11th, please email WDCABBC@gmail.com with “Zoom Help” in the subject line and we'll add you to the list.

Dear WDCABBC,

After careful consideration and a lengthy discussion with our leadership team, we have decided that our club will not be hosting watch parties in person this season. The health and safety of our members and their families is of the utmost importance. We all have a responsibility to keep those around us safe, which unfortunately means missing out on some in-person activities that we enjoy.

We are planning for virtual watch parties so that we still get to “see” our fellow members and chat about the Browns as the game is going on. While we know this is not the same as gathering together at a viewing site but we are trying to get creative. Please keep an eye on our website for more details.
